Every time you tell yourself, "I’ll start when things slow down," you’re also saying "I’ll quit when things get busy again."
There’s no right time.
There’s just now.
Here’s the truth: life doesn’t slow down. If you watched my transformation video (and read my client Heather's story), you might be thinking “Well that came easy for her… she must have had more time than me… I’m just too busy for that right now. I'll wait for the right time.” When I started my own transformation journey, the timing couldn’t have been worse, and I was super skeptical (I didn't want to invest the money in a program or coach). In week 3, I flew to NYC for a full work week (surrounded by all the amazing food, restaurants, and distractions). But because I had already started learning the right habits and strategies, I was able to apply them (even imperfectly) and keep moving forward instead of completely derailing.
