RE: 7 time-saving meals to make this week

Hey,

Hope you had a great week!

This week's meal plan features some of my favorite fall meals, like sheet-pan salmon and mini meatloaves. Sheet-pan meals will always be my favorite as they're easy to toss together.

This Week's Meal Plan

Time-Saving Tips:

  • Sheet Pan Veggies - Save time when making the mini meatloaves or salmon by using pre-chopped fresh veggies from the produce department or frozen veggies.
  • Egg Sandwich - A great breakfast for busy mornings. Make the egg sandwiches fresh in the morning or prep a bunch in advance, placing them in the fridge or freezer. Reheat in the microwave or oven (300F until warm).
  • Chicken Noodle Soup - I make this recipe weekly. Buy a rotisserie chicken from the store to save time!
  • Chicken Salad Sandwich - Make the salad up to 3 days in advance and store in the fridge. Use the salad for dinner one night and also lunch.
  • Pumpkin Muffins - Muffins are options, but they're a delicious treat for breakfast or a snack! Pair them with some fruit or yogurt for a balance of carbs and protein. Make them over the weekend to enjoy all week.

"Wow, these are really good. I just made them this morning with my daughter. I did not sift the flour, because I’m too lazy for that. It was fine. I also added a tad bit of milk at the end. It was too good!" - Daniella

New 6-Week Fitness Round Starts Monday

My coach's next six-week round starts Monday!

I joined almost three years ago as a skeptic—it was the best decision I ever made.

Even in perimenopause, I've been able to lose fat and build the "toned" body I never thought possible.

Before joining...

  • I didn't know how much to eat to reach my goals.
  • I didn't understand why I was gaining weight despite eating "healthy" and being active.
  • I had never strength-trained before and had no idea how to lift weights.
  • I was confused by all the noise out there and blamed my hormones. I felt hopeless with my mid-30s weight gain.

See my transformation here (I just updated photos)

Here's what a reader who joined my coach for a 6-week round a few months ago has to say.

"I don’t feel deprived and am therefore less likely to want to go off course. The workouts are programmed for me and fit my schedule, therefore I’m less tempted to skip them. I know I’m not in this alone so I can look to others for support...I’ve never made it this long without wanting to jump ship. This program aligns my “why” and what I want most with what I want today, which is delicious food that makes my body feel good, attainable but challenging workouts, community, and positivity. The physical and mental health benefits are propelling me forward and helping those ideals align even further." -Fellow Client & Live Simply Reader 🔥
